Paul H. Melnick was admitted to practice law in Virginia in 1990.

Mr. Melnick maintains a practice that includes real estate, estate planning and probate.

He is an Area Representative for the Real Estate Section of the Virginia State Bar and has served as a speaker on the subject of case law developments at the Annual Real Estate Practice Seminar.

Paul Melnick is a member of the Arlington Bar Association where he has served as a member of the Board of Directors and as Secretary.

Mr. Melnick is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and the University of Dayton School of Law in Dayton, Ohio (Summa Cum Laude).

Mr. Melnick's other interests include volunteering with the Falls Church Volunteer Fire Department as a firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician. He has also served as Secretary and President of the Falls Church Volunteer Fire Department.

Paul and his wife, Meredith live in Arlington, Virginia with their two children (Kelly and Theo).
